Founded in July 2023 by visionary CEO and former model Rachel Holt, the agency was created with a clear mission: to represent, empower, and elevate women across the fields of modeling, acting and influencing.
Brooke Modeling Agency Group proudly represents a diverse roster of talent while maintaining a high standard of excellence and professionalism. From fashion, print, commercial, promotional work, and film, we provide trusted, polished talent who are prepared, professional, and client-ready.
What sets us apart is our intentional, relationship-driven approach. We prioritize quality over quantity, hands-on development, and clear communication. Clients book directly through our agency and pay only the model’s rate, we do not charge additional agency booking fees. This allows brands and partners to work with confident, well-prepared talent while enjoying a transparent, streamlined booking experience.

Rachel Holt
Rachel Holt is the visionary Founder and CEO of Brooke Modeling Agency Group. Drawing on her extensive background in the modeling industry, Rachel recognized the need for an agency that not only represents women, but truly develops and educates them on industry standards, professionalism, and long-term career growth while maintaining a timeless, elevated approach.
Founded in July 2023, Brooke Modeling Agency Group represents women across modeling, acting, and influencing. Rachel is deeply involved in every stage of development, providing hands-on guidance in portfolio building, confidence development, personal branding, and professional readiness.

Nadia McKinney
Nadia McKinney brings an extensive background in pageantry and theater to Brooke Modeling Agency Group, specializing in brand development and creative direction. With a strong eye for design, style, and storytelling, she helps bring each client’s unique vision to life.
Nadia works closely with models and actors to develop their personal brands, guiding them in creating compelling, intentional content that clearly communicates their voice, message, and on-camera presence. Her approach ensures talent is not only confident and polished, but also aligned with what clients and brands are seeking.
Photographer / Videographer
Javier Herrera
Javi is the in-house Photographer for Brooke Modeling Agency, specializing in portfolio development, fashion, and brand imagery. With a strong eye for detail and authenticity, he focuses on capturing confidence and movement while ensuring each model feels comfortable and confident in front of the camera. As part of the agency team, Javi plays a key role in creating industry-ready images that elevate both the talent and the Brooke Modeling Agency brand.
