Founded in July 2023 by visionary CEO and former model Rachel Holt, the agency was established with a clear mission: to represent, develop, and elevate women across modeling, acting, and influencing. We proudly represent a diverse roster of talent while upholding a high standard of excellence, preparation, and professionalism. From fashion, print, and commercial campaigns to promotional work and film, we provide polished, client-ready talent equipped to perform at a professional level.
What sets Brooke Modeling Agency Group apart is our intentional, relationship-driven approach. We prioritize quality over quantity, hands-on development, and clear communication at every stage. Clients book directly through the agency and invest directly in the model’s rate, we do not add additional agency booking fees. This structure allows brands and partners to experience transparent, streamlined booking while working with confident, well-prepared talent.

Rachel Holt is the visionary Founder and CEO of Brooke Modeling Agency Group. With an extensive background in the modeling industry, she recognized the need for an agency that goes beyond representation, one that develops, educates, and strategically positions women for long-term success while maintaining a timeless, elevated standard of professionalism.

Rachel remains deeply involved in every stage of development, providing hands-on leadership in portfolio building, confidence cultivation, personal branding, and career preparation. Nadia McKinney
Nadia serves as Executive Creative Director at Brooke Modeling Agency, overseeing campaign concepts, visual strategy, and brand storytelling. She leads creative development across fashion editorials, model development sessions, and agency campaigns, ensuring every production reflects cohesion, clarity, and elevated aesthetic direction.

With a strong focus on visual execution and behind-the-scenes production, Nadia bridges creative vision with strategic content planning. From conceptualizing fashion campaigns to refining model presence and development, she plays a key role in shaping the agency’s visual identity and growth. Her work centers on intentional visuals, confident storytelling, and cultivating models who understand both performance and presentation.
Beauty/Wardrobe Director
Jay Mulumba
Jay Mulumba is a commercial and editorial beauty professional and the founder of Jay Mumu Beauty, a production-focused beauty brand serving fashion and campaign environments. With formal cosmetology training and agency-level experience, she leads all beauty and wardrobe coordination for Brooke Modeling Agency.

Jay oversees makeup and hair direction, books professional beauty artists, and ensures cohesive styling execution for campaigns, runway, and editorial productions. Known for sculpted, camera-ready skin and elevated visual precision, she brings both artistry and strong on-set leadership to every production.​ In addition to agency work, Jay is available for private client bookings, offering professional beauty and styling services tailored to personal and special-event needs.
Photographer / Videographer
Javier Herrera
Javi is the in-house Photographer for Brooke Modeling Agency, specializing in portfolio development, fashion, and brand imagery. With a strong eye for detail and authenticity, he focuses on capturing confidence and movement while ensuring each model feels comfortable and confident in front of the camera. As part of the agency team, Javi plays a key role in creating industry-ready images that elevate both the talent and the Brooke Modeling Agency brand.
